A game to forget for the Crowns as they were subject to playing on a mudfield in Peckham Rye. three injuries within the first twenty minutes left Earlsfield without much room for flexibility in the game.

A goal from Matt Jackson in the 60th minute, thanks to a lovely cross from Alex Sampson set the scoreline up for what was expected to be another win. SEL, however, dug in and showed a much higher level of desire and bombed our box with crosses, long passes and anything aerial and managed to equalise in the 80th. It was in the 93rd minute that SEL went on to win the game, with a header off a free kick hitting the bottom corner for 2-1.
